German-speaking coordinator for HR Service Centre in Bjerringbro

We have two HR shared service centres; one in Bjerringbro and one in Budapest. Together with a large team, you will be part of ensuring a great experience for the global colleagues who contact us daily. We provide them with professional, consistent HR support – with focus on user service, guidance and always with a smile. This entails handling several administrative HR tasks in connection to e.g. onboarding, contracts and mobility.

What is the job about?

Part of your time will be spent working front office answering phone calls from colleagues based on several locations worldwide. Moreover, you answer e-mails as well as work in our case support system. Doing so, you always try to find the best and most effective solution to any inquiry. In connection to front office shifts, you can expect to work different hours between 7am and 6pm.

 

Your job will also consist of back office tasks where you get more time to work in depth and specialise within one or more HR areas (e.g. within labour relations, learning administration or mobility).

 

What do you need to apply?

  • As a person, you are service-minded and go that extra mile to provide a great user experience. You are ready to be part of an evolving dynamic environment while you maintain structure and discipline in your work.
  • You have a strong administrative profile, a wide HR foundation and some years of experience with administration of different HR processes.
  • You have experience from a similar setup and have a passion for process documentation and building up knowledge libraries
  • You have a knack for working with HR systems and strong knowledge of e.g. SAP or SuccessFactors is a big plus.
  • It is an absolute must that you speak and write German fluently as you will support our German companies. Furthermore, you must master English and Danish at high level too.
  • You thrive with working in shifts and it is not a problem for you sometimes to start at 7am or end the work day at 6pm.
