German speaking Management Consultant

****German Speaking Consultant for the Life Science and Pharma vertical.****

My client is recruiting German-speaking, management consultants to join their expanding team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in consulting, specifically in the Life Science vertical.

Experience in the following strategic areas is desirable;

  • Customer Strategy
  • Customer engagement
  • Customer experience
  • Omni Channel
  • Sales and Market strategy
  • Technology & Data strategy
  • ***You must be able to speak German at a professional level.***

    Candidates situated in Germany or Switzerland are preferable, although remote working is an option.

    The consultant role is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, energetic, and ambitious team player.

    You will be exposed to top tier clients across a variety of projects around the customer, marketing & sales, technology & transformation.

    Providing the end to end process; analysis, design, strategy, and implementation.

    Key duties and responsibilities:

    · Development and design of new ideas and solutions, such as customer-focused end-to-end digitization approaches

    · Management-appropriate processing of analysis results

    · Assist & lead the delivery of client projects, including completing/managing secondary analysis, wide-ranging interviews with relevant key opinion leaders, and developing the final commercial insight and recommendations for the client

    · Perform client-facing roles – in presentations, workshops, review meetings

    · As part of the management team, support the development and implementation of company strategy (e.g. optimise internal project processes, continuously improve business development, shape team development, and company culture)
