As Sales Manager in Global Field Services (GFS) you manage your team of Fields Services Sales Representatives in Denmark. Your focus is to lead and develop a high-performance sales team to achieve profitable growth. Your goal is to meet the yearly order targets and expected growth in a sustainable and commercially viable way.

You are a People Manager
As a leader you manage your team of currently 5 highly experienced salespeople to match business needs and evolution. You are the first among equals, as you lead your team by example; ensuring safety and cyber security standards are applied.
You will attract, recruit, onboard, develop, motivate, and manage a robust and high preforming team while controlling attrition. Preparing talents and leadership potential in the pipeline for the future is close to your heart.

… and a Business Manager
You will recognize these important priorities:
- Oversee the forecasting process and secure target achievements
- Understand key customers and implement customer processes to achieve appropriate coverage
- Determine which accounts should be assigned to which sales channels
- Fully understand pricing and margins
- Partner closely with the sales force outside of GFS
- Ensure effective channel management
- Secure a lean structure
- Drive the change towards a digital business model

Your background and experience
You have solid knowledge of the Energy or IT Industry with customer facing roles.
You have experience in managing teams, including high-performance teams. You are experienced in identifying and contacting new and existing customers with solutions, software, or services, and you are able to interact with both C-level, end users, and partners.
You are excellent at building sustainable and successful customer relationships.

You will enjoy developing a strong network and managing relationships in a matrix environment.
You are outgoing, open, collaborative, and you find it natural to question status quo in a straightforward and effective manner. Moreover, you:

• Hold a degree in a business management or technical discipline
• Have 5+ years of sales experience in a high performing team and 2 years’ leadership experience
• Have proven knowledge of software, digital transformation, and services
• Have strong solution selling skills
• You speak and write both Danish and English fluently
