About the job

Together with your colleagues, you will play a decisive role in supporting our global customer portfolio. Your primary tasks will be:

  • Own the schedule of the International Service Engineers as well as schedule and reschedule International Service Engineers by using a global planning tool.
  • Collaborate with local coordinators when local field service engineers are needed for field service.
  • Prioritize between field service based on the technical and business importance of the jobs in accordance with the global directions for the International Marine Service Organization and escalate if needed according to the decided escalating process.
  • Consult Global Technical Specialists if needed to administrate the field service and meet customer needs.
  • What you know

    Your educational background would most likely be within office assistance, sales, or sourcing. You preferably come with some experience from a similar position. More importantly, you are service-minded, curious, and proactive in your task management. 

    Experience with CRM systems e.g., Microsoft Dynamic 365 is an advantage, but not a prerequisite. You are proficient in excel and the general MS Office package. 

    As part of a global organization, speaking and writing English is a prerequisite. As a result, we also look forward to receiving your application in English.
