Global CRM Manager

Meet your team

You will be joining the Sales Excellence team, that plays a key role in delivering, developing and improving the processes, tools and training needed to support the sales teams in Radiometer subsidiaries in driving profitable growth and to sustain business priorities.

We are a part of the Global Commercial Excellence Team, an agile and high-energy team with colleagues with great experience in their fields. The Commercial Excellence Team is divided into the four areas, Sales Excellence, Finance Excellence, Sales Operations Excellence and Commercial DBS. You will be reporting to Maarten van den Burg, Global Sales Excellence Manager.

Your responsibilities summed up

  • Coordinate with the global CRM Expert team and take ownership for the CRM country implementations
  • Perform training locally and globally to ensure proper use of CRM
  • Improve data quality in CRM, by drilling down data,
  • Drive process and CRM improvements in cooperation with the business and help to further develop the current CRM system to use the full potential of the system
  • Ensure collaboration with the IT CRM team
  • Contribute to KPI, business intelligence and reporting work
  • Own, maintain and update CRM training products
  • Act as CRM Business Consultant for Commercial departments and all countries
  • In normal circumstances, 20-30% travelling time can be expected.

    We are looking for a professional with:

  • a Bachelor or Master's degree in business, IT or other relevant degree
  • at least 5 years of experience in developing and designing CRM systems at global level
  • Strong process-oriented background
  • Excellent understanding of the landscapes and good knowledge about ERP, CRM and BI IT systems
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM is highly appreciated
  • Professional competencies in the areas of marketing and sales in a B2B environment.
  • Ability to structure and prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Proactive and eager to deliver results in a timely manner
