You will join the Global Customer Engagement (GCE) team based in Valby, Copenhagen. The GCE team is part of the Global Strategic marketing team and is one of the key drivers in transforming Lundbeck to meet new customer requirements and are deeply committed to serve our global brands and affiliates across the globe on this journey.

 

As a functional expert within Promotion in digital marketing and communications, the Global Digital Business Partner, in strong partnership with the global cross-functional teams, will work to execute key promotion tactics to best meet customer needs while ensuring measurable business impact.  With this newly designed role, the individual will be the subject matter expert in the digital promotion field and a key contributor to the development and the execution of omnichannel campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of our Omnichannel Excellence Framework
  • Proven social media strategic and tactical experience
  • Collaborate within the GCE team:
    • Data & Advanced Analytics team to ensure that the necessary events and attributes are developed to support audience segmentation and targeting of campaigns activation and measurement
    • Customer Strategy team to deploy omnichannel customer strategy into activation plans in support of brand messaging
    • Overall internal functions and teams to create full multichannel plans in support of brand messaging
  • Set up, run, and manage digital cross-channel promotional campaigns and fast-paced optimization for our main global platforms and communities.
  • Lead the localization of the promotional strategy
  • Understand the value of audience insights, how to gain and apply them
  • Develop learning logs for continuous measurement and optimization of KPI's and campaign success rates
  • Manage senior stakeholders across functions
  • Work with the Global Customer Engagement (GCE) colleagues and the local teams to gather requirements, identify new engagement opportunities and share best practices

Profile and competencies

  • English fluency
  • You aim to engage our customers and drive impact to the business through an omnichannel approach
  • Proven +5 years’ experience with digital promotion, including Social Media, Newsletter, Paid Search etc
  • Prior experience in having worked in an Agile/Scrum/Waterfall framework is a plus
  • You have a strong sense of accountability and can deliver in team within set deadlines
  • Knowledge of all aspects of content creation, segmentation and reporting
  • Ability to work in a complex environment and enjoy working in cross-functional teams
  • You possess knowledge of CX and UX design, and interest in new trends and technologies
  • You have critical thinking skills
