Global Marketing Manager

Job Description


We are currently looking for a Global Marketing Manager for Agilent's Dako reagents for pathology.

Do you have experience with commercialization of diagnostic tests and/or medical devices? And do you want to work with clinical biomarker and precision medicine products to make a difference for cancer patients around the world? Then you might be the person that we are looking for to join our Global Pathology Marketing team!

Agilent is a global leader in tissue-based cancer diagnostics. Hospital and research laboratories worldwide use Agilent's Dako reagents, instruments, software, and expertise to make precise diagnoses and determine the most effective treatment for cancer patients.


About the job:

In this position, you will be working actively within the area of pathology, including companion diagnostics and personalized medicine. Together with fellow Marketing Managers and Product Managers you will be responsible for launch strategies, launch plans, and tactic execution launch marketing activities towards Regional and Local Sales organisations.

This is a cross functional position, which includes maintenance and development of relationships with key stakeholders, primarily within the Field Marketing and Sales.

The position's main responsibilities are:

  • Develop and oversee implementation of launch plans in collaboration with Product Managers.
  • Accountable for Launch plans (segmentation, pricing and positioning, key messages, and value proposition) together with the Global Marketing team.
  • Responsible for global campaigns, marketing deliverables and sales support material.
  • Responsible for campaign updates to manage competition and market trends.
  • Support Regional Marketing and Sales activities, e.g. congresses.
  • Periodical travel to organize and participate in customer seminars and exhibitions or with the Sales teams to understand customer perception and needs.
