Global Mobility Manager, HR Do you want to make a difference for Systematic’s internally and externally deployed staff? If so, the role of Global Mobility Manager is for you.

In Systematic’s People & Culture Team, we want to satisfy the increased needs of both our internal and external customers for internally and externally deploy staff. We’re currently in the midst of an exciting programme of international expansion, not only at our established offices around the world but also within implementation projects that help our products reach the global market. We therefore need a Global Mobility Manager who, together with the rest of the team, can react to the business’s needs quickly and professionally in order to deploy employees internationally and station foreign workers internally.

The role:
You are ambitious and have a keen desire to make a difference for internally and externally deployed staff. You have experience in Global Mobility and the confidence to travel the world to assist with specific HR issues and expat facilitation, as well as to proactively ensure effective processes together with line managers and employees.

You are used to working in a technology company that has an engineering culture and sets high standards. Our managers and employees are dedicated, and they need and expect professional coaching from you in your role as Global Mobility Manager.

You have experience in planning and implementing the delivery of internal and external deployment processes. You also maintain a broad overview of the field to enable us to constantly improve our performance in this area. You will be part of a strong People & Culture Team characterised by a high degree of professionalism and trust in the judgment of individuals.

Duties of the role:
- Coach and advisor to the organisation’s managers in relation to external deployment natural ‘Single Point of Contact’
- Coach and advisor to the organisation’s managers in relation to international appointments to Denmark
- Supplying external deployment services to specific employees and managers
- Supplying ‘moving to Denmark’ services to specific employees and managers
- Outreach and follow-up activities at our locations with externally deployed staff
- Process ownership of our international mobility process – i.e. overall responsibility for designing the process, ensuring its continuous improvement, and ensuring general awareness of the process throughout the organisation
- Establishing guidelines and policies to be used by external partners, managers, and employees
- Responsibility for Systematic’s mobility suppliers
- Responsibility for the budget for expat schemes
- Co-operation with other support functions, primarily our People & Culture Business Partners and our recruitment team

The job is anchored in our Compensation and Benefit Team.

Your skills and personality:

We expect you to:
- Be motivated by the variety of your job, from the smallest detail of individuals’ deployments to the overview of our policy in this area, co-operation with suppliers, etc.
- Be motivated by the international aspect as you will be working at international offices and sites where we recruit and deploy, as well as in the countries where we deploy from
- Have at least two to three years of experience in Global Mobility, preferably with a broad understanding and experience of HR and sound knowledge of compensation and benefits
- Be able to communicate both verbally and in writing with a variety of different stakeholders in a proactive and professional manner
- Have a flair for stakeholder management and be an effective networker
- Have good business sense and the ability to quickly familiarise yourself with any issues
- Thrive in a dynamic day-to-day environment in which it takes resilience and good planning skills to create a balance between time for development and time for attending to our customers and
- Have acquired higher education in a relevant subject area.

Additionally, you are outgoing, enjoy travelling, and are willing to take on new tasks and face new challenges. You are able to work independently and are goal-oriented, but also enjoy getting involved in the team’s shared challenges to ensure Systematic’s success.

You speak and write fluent English and ideally several other languages.
