Then we offer you a challenging position with a great degree of freedom, as you drive the implementation of a new global standard for our indirect procurement processes in the VELUX® Group.
Your challenges
Within Global Business Services (GBS), you will join our project management team in charge of projects related to Finance and Procurement in the global VELUX organisation. Starting out on a contract running till the end of 2019, you will drive the implementation of a global standard for indirect procurement processes, implementing a common system across our European companies and optimising our work processes. You will do so in collaboration with a global project team of 5 colleagues.

While the team is based in Kolding, you may also choose to work out of our office in Hørsholm. As you will regularly visit our companies across Europe to drive local implementation, you will have around 50-70 days of travel per year.

 • At least a bachelor’s degree within management, project management, change management or organisational management – alternatively solid practical experience from a similar position
 • Minimum 2 years of experience with change management and project management, ideally within procurement, and familiarity with standard project management tools
 • Experience with process implementation and preferably a good understanding of procurement processes
 • International experience – you are used to working in a global setup and have a good understanding of different work cultures
 • Very strong communications skills in written and spoken English – it is a plus if you speak some Danish
 • Project planning and time management in collaboration with the local and global teams
 • Communicating with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring all necessary approvals
 • Passing on specific tasks to daily operations at the local level
 • Taking part in the strategic work within Global Indirect Procurement
 • Solving ad hoc tasks within Finance and Procurement, e.g. process optimisation
