Global Sales Administrator / Coordinator & Commercial Operations at Copenhagen based software company

Our global Sales organization is growing, and we are now looking to add a Sales administrator / coordinator to the Global Sales team.

Your responsibility includes administration of our Salesforce platform, building and optimizing our use of Salesforce and supporting Sales Management in analysis and generation of reports for the rest of the organization.

You will be an internal Salesforce super user with competencies in Salesforce setups, validating the CRM pipeline, creating, configuring and optimizing dashboards, reports and more.

A number of our Sales colleagues are experienced in Salesforce and several other CRM systems and we are looking for someone who will bring us to the next level.

You will be working closely with our Chief Commercial Officer in ensuring quality in our CRM system and making high quality management reports. You will be supporting all our regional subsidies – including Germany, UK and our US sales team working in different time zones in the North American markets.

Your responsibilities

As global Sales Administrator / Coordinator your primary objective is to help the global sales organization in reaching their goals by driving best practices and ensure an efficient knowledge sharing across borders and departments.

You will have a vital role in presenting sales data to internal stakeholders via Salesforce reports and Dashboards, Excel & Power points and initiate data driven actions and follow-up.

Your tasks include:

  • Utilize the best practice in workflows and reporting tools and help us get the maximum value out of Salesforce
  • Create new fields and make fields searchable, implement new sales gateways if / when we redo in Sales Stages, etc.
  • Illustrate and validate Pipeline and mix Pipeline with Closed won cases
  • Support our CCO and the rest of the global sales team in the daily use of Salesforce
  • Administer sales data and keep high quality of the Sales pipeline data and structure, secure data integrity
  • Pull reports and analytics for presentation in the Management Team & Board, Sales team and for other internal stakeholders
  • Design, configure and implement Salesforce CRM solutions based on business requirements

We expect that you

  • Are familiar with terms like Secured revenue, Billings, Bookings, Recognized & Realized revenue, Quota relief, Gross & Net revenue, etc.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of working experience with Salesforce administration and coordination
  • Have solid experience with sales processes and solutions in Salesforce
  • Are experienced in delivering and working with management reports, dashboards, working with technical staff
  • Are Excel super user with documented experience with Salesforce data to Excel, Pivot tables and graphs
  • Build high quality management presentations in Powerpoint
  • Salesforce certifications is an advantage, but not required
