Global Sales & Operation Planning (S&OP) Manager

(Location: Poland or Denmark)


Job Description

Due to the development Danfoss is looking for two Global S&OP Managers. Do you want to play an important role in a market driven Supply Chain? Are you the one reflect customer behavior and business needs to holistic view on E2E Supply Chain? Secure strong focus on flexibility and agility, be a part of high performing Global Sales and Operation Planning (S&OP) team as S&OP Manager, where there are focus on team and individual performance.  
As the job is purely global you can be located in one of our possible locations: Poland (Grodzisk Mazowiecki, Wroclaw) or Denmark (Nordborg) 

Your tasks

  • Develop and implement Global Cooling Order Management (S&OP) strategy
  • Secure innovative thinking by establish the right inspiration and cooperation method
  • Establish a close cooperation between all Interfaces to the function, especially Sales, Product Management & Supply Chain
  • Secure strong end-to-end focus and be the drive around the Value Stream Mapping (VSM) process
  • Secure the right KPI/PI for driving development and to reached agreed target
  • Long term production plan, with respect of production capacity, customer demand and optimal inventory level
  • Demand plan and forecast accuracy analysis
  • Production capacity and output follow-up
  • Delivery service level and root causes analysis
  • Inventory level, Re-order Point (RoP) process
  • Sales and orders follow-up
  • Support Create a strong Global Organization with focus on the right competences and skills
  • Secure world class Organization by using benchmarking to other Danfoss divisions/other branches outside Danfoss
  • Drive and support global and local logistic projects

Your profile

  • Master Degree in Supply Chain / Logistics or similar with strong industrial background
  • 4-6 years of experience in Manufacturing / Supply Chain / Logistics in globally operating company
  • Sales & Product Management experience as an advantage
  • Project management experience and Leadership skills
  • System knowledge in SAP; Advanced Planning and Optimization (APO) and Business Warehouse (BW) as an advantage
  • English – advanced level
  • Strong IT skills (advanced MS Office: Excel, PPT)
