Global Senior Manager Butter & Spreads, Aarhus

Have major impact
As Global Senior Manager Butter & Spreads, you will be in charge of shaping the category strategy and plans, while taking the lead in developing the Initiatives that will change the way Consumers and Retailers look at the Category. This includes:

  • working with global and local teams on developing strategy
  • leading design and development of a number of key initiatives (Product & Commercial Innovation) a top priority for Arla Foods, leading cross-functional teams (R&D, Product Management, Packaging, etc.).

You will be working closely with consumers and agencies to identify insights, build concepts and develop them into tangible Initiatives.

Solid experience in leading cross-functional initiatives
In order to succeed in this role, you need:

  • Leadership, ability to think outside the box and challenge the status quo.
  • minimum 5 years (ideally 8 or more) of business experience within brand management, category management or innovation.
  • a proven track record of leading big initiatives with cross-functional teams: from Concept development into implementation and bringing it to market.
