We currently look for a new Global Strategic Account Manager F/M to join the Health & Bioscience business of DuPont Nutrition & Biosciences.

Mission:

The Global Strategic Account Manager (GSAM) will have the responsibility to develop and manage the account strategy and commercial relationship for the assigned global accounts, in a way that meets or exceeds the growth and financial goals for the accounts, in collaboration with the account managers assigned to these strategic accounts locally. 

He/She willl be responsible for developing DuPont Probiotics, Fibers & HMO businesses, with the Consumer Health Care companies to develop the Probiotic market, prove the differentiation of our product compared to the competition under the supervision of the Global Business Development and Global Strategic Accounts Leader, (based in France).

Florafit and Howaru documented probiotics, Fibers and HMO being the main product lines to develop into the Consumer Health space.


Key responsabilities:

- Primarily responsible for owning and driving the account strategy and action plan for the assigned global accounts.
- Accountable for the account strategy, action plan, and development program pipeline required to grow or expand the business.  Develops a deep understanding of the customer’s business and growth objectives.
- Drive the extended account team work plan and establishes KPI’s for the team to deliver milestone achievement.
- Accountable for Overall revenue, gross contribution, and Core Values standards of the global account(s).
- Drive Sales Policies and programs to meet sales and profit goals for the global key account.
- Manage and build relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders at the customer throughout all levels & functions (Science, NPD, Marketing, Sales, Procurement and Logistics…) and within DuPont.
- Accountable for DuPont Nutrition pillar global account managing process. Ensure broad coordination and resource deployment to achieve growth goals.
- Drive Sales Policies and programs to meet sales and profit goals for the global strategic accounts.
- Drive Business Development towards Consumer Health Care companies having headquarters in Europe to acquire new customers. 

Job Qualifications 

University degree in Food Science or Nutrition, with a solid Business development or commercial background in Consumer Health Care industry or Dietary Supplement industry
10+ years of experience in a global organization with a strong demonstrated competency in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development roles and successful achievements
Deep understanding of business growth processes and portfolio management. 
Customer orientation (Market Insights, Accelerates Innovation, Growth Mindset)
Business Acumen & Results oriented
Execution orientation (agility, people empowerment, results accountability)
Understanding perception of value selling versus price
Communication with impact
Ability to travel in Europe and globally
Coaching & Interpersonal skills
Fluent English & second European language
