Position Description:
TASKS;

• 2nd level technical support of Direct sales channel and authorized service partners.
• Application support of Direct sales channel and authorized service partners.
• Application and pre-sales testing for Direct sales channel and authorized service partners.
• Complaint handling in cooperation with Production Engineering.

Position Requirements:
Qualifications

• Electronic Technician or similar mechanical degree
• Fluent in both written and spoken: English.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B or B2C technical support.
• Experience working with diagnostic, repair and/or installation of technical/mechanical equipment.
