Global Talent Management Specialist

Meet your team

You will be working with an agile team of 3 colleagues, who all-together work towards developing talents across Radiometer and our sister company HemoCue. We work with all employees (associates), people leaders and HR teams across the globe. Our mission is to find solutions to drive all talent processes: performance and development cycles, engagement, succession planning and talent reviews, training and leadership development.

The team is creative, and always looking for improvements to make a difference for associates’ development and engagement journey. We have the ability to flex between tasks, like solving simple questions from associates about these topics, to driving strategic conversations with the leadership teams to set and identify talent priorities and actions to drive the business strategy.

Your responsibilities summed up:

  • Lead implementation and monitor engagement metrics related to Radiometer and HemoCue’s Employee Engagement Cycle Strategy
  • Enable global execution of performance management and development cycles
  • In partnership with HR Business Partners, lead and execute talent assessment and succession planning cycle, to develop and deploy internal talent, integrating business and workforce succession plans to meet current and future business needs through our Organizational Talent Assessment
  • Coach Early Career Program Participants to accelerate their development
  • Consolidate, curate and prepare quarterly Talent newsletter for people leaders including timeline for quarterly processes and relevant information for new initiatives
  • Conduct Internal Talent Searches to help associates realize their next career move within Radiometer or Danaher sister companies
  • Deliver support on Workday Learning Management System
  • This role gives you a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the most strategic HR processes for Radiometer and HemoCue across Talent Management functions and to build a solid understanding of the business.

    We are looking for a professional with:

  • Facilitation and communication skills with experience in facilitation/presentations/training for large audiences
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and HR colleagues
  • Ability to structure and prioritize multiple initiatives
  • Learning agility and flexibility in a busy and dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical skills and a sharp eye for critical details
  • Your Education and/or Background Experience include:

  • a Bachelor or Master's degree in human resources, business or other relevant degree
  • 4+ years working experience in an HR function within a global company
  • Experience working with Talent Management/Talent Development for a high performance, metrics-driven culture leading complex processes and projects.
  • Proven experience with working in a matrix organization across different cultures
  • Experience in using Workday is an advantage
