Do you want to play an essential role in ensuring effective and compliant GMP training and procedures across the Coloplast organisation?
As part of our sustainability agenda, your Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) ideas will be vital to make our aspiration to minimise waste and errors in the production a success while also improving productivity.
“In this newly established position, you will get a key role, as you will define, design and develop all our training material from scratch. Thus, you will help enhance our quality and productivity competencies in the production,” says Geo Østergaard, Vice President, Pilot Plant, Innovation.

In Coloplast, we deliver high-quality chronic care solutions for patients all over the world. And it all starts right here in our R&D organisation, employing approx. 400 people worldwide. As part of our Pilot Plant, Innovation department, you will gain 200 colleagues and become be part of our management team of 8 dedicated professionals.

Take our GMP processes and training sessions to the next level
As our new GMP & training specialist, you will be driving change and get to seek out the possibilities for enhancement that you see in the production. This means that you will be hands-on and spend much of your time on the production floor.
Moreover, you will be collaborating across the organisation – particularly with the Quality department and our operational excellence manager. Doing so, you will:
• Analyse and describe deviations and define procedures with a focus on minimising similar errors
• Design and develop training solutions which are necessary to cover local needs for expertise and/or solve business problems and ensure everything is being documented
• Facilitate training sessions and participate in audits – both internal and external – and ensure we implement learnings afterwards
• Anchor training-related improvement projects (e.g., new standards or systems) and make sure to follow up on these
• Support our operational excellence activities in several areas as you combine training and suggested improvements
• Travel 5-10 days a year visiting our production sites in Hungary and Costa Rica, where you will be coaching colleagues and drive the agreed global process changes
”You will have a high degree of freedom to shape our GMP processes and how we do things in the future. The most important task here is to ensure that the best practices of GMP are being adapted, understood and followed by all your colleagues in the organisation,” Geo concludes.
Inspirational training specialist with a strong Lean and quality mindset
• You have relevant experience from the pharma or medico industry or from working in a quality or Lean-oriented role
• You have experience with planning and execution of training projects in a production set-up
• You have extensive experience with developing training material
• You are preferably familiar with change management
• You communicate effortlessly in English in both speech and writing
