Group Facility Consultant for Grundfos Facility Management

Are you structured and a bit of a “data-nerd”? Are you service minded and helpful? Do you have a global mindset and knowledge about both project management and financial aspects? Then do not miss the chance to be our new Group Facility Consultant.

At our HQ in Bjerringbro, you will join the global Facility Management Centre of Excellence team. Here, you will work alongside with 4 highly experienced colleagues, who drive global building and renovation projects as group specialists in Facility Management within architecture, mechanics, security and IT respectively.

What is the job about?

As the Facility Consultant in the team, you will be responsible to collect and update key building data and facility performance data from facility organisations across countries in Grundfos. You will be responsible for ensuring that guidelines, standards, procedures and instructions will be designed and renewed with inputs from colleagues and Facility professionals globally.

You will usually work on a few Right Sourcing Projects per year. You will take part from the initial design phase and through the process to delivery, where your role will be to:

  • ensure that building data, performance data, contract data etc. are collected
  • structure and analyse data for benchmarking
  • have an up to date benchmarking portfolio
  • find possible optimization areas and present them
  • implement possible optimization projects together with local Facility professionals 

As you typically visit the site a few times through the project, you will have approx. 30 days of international travel per year.

What are we looking for?

Possibly, you have an education within administration or similar and you have good IT skills. It would be preferred if the candidate have additional education within Project Management, but it is not a must.

To succeed in this position, it is essential that you have:

  • strong analytic skills
  • a structured mindset
  • strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • the ability to understand engineers and can act with different cultures worldwide
  • insight into financial aspects of a Facility Management setup.

Furthermore, it is an advantage if you are familiar with Facility Management in a large international company.
