  • Participate in the weekly supply chain performance follow-up and in monthly Product Review meetings
  • Facilitate inventory decisions within SIOP and facilitate the monthly Plant SIOP sign-off meetings
  • Provide analysis and support development as well as deployment of the supply chain strategy and support the segment strategy
  • Give input to balancing the supply chain budget processes, NPI/transfer activities, capacity planning and stock segmentation

You also take part in building and developing the global supply planning team as well as form, conduct, communicate and follow up on activities related to the Chain SIOP meetings. Lastly, you engage and secure commitment from relevant stakeholders.

What do you need to apply?

  • You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering – or have similar higher education.
  • You hold 5+ years of experience within supply chain management, global planning or similar.
  • You have good management skills and can work with a global team.
  • You have excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
  • You speak and write English fluently.

On a personal level, you have a natural authority and possess the confidence to make complex decisions with an impact.
