We are looking for an experienced Guest Relations Host to join our dedicated Front Office team. Hotel d'Angleterre seeks not only a high level of experience and education, but also dynamic, pragmatic and flexible people with a highly developed sense of guest service and luxury.

ABOUT THE JOB
As Guest Relation Host, you will be our ambassador and host of the d’Angleterre referring to our Guest Relations Manager. Your mission will be to elevate our guests by fulfilling their individual needs and building enduring relationships. You will play a key role before, during and after our guests´ stay. In other words, your goal will be to achieve maximum guest satisfaction, create memorable and smooth stays for all guests. You will be the contact for our VIP guests and entertainment groups. In close cooperation with our Guest Relation Manager you will monitor, analyze and communicate internally about our  Guest  experience  As well as you will be part of our dedicated Front Office Team you will also have regular shift at the reception.

WE EXPECT
You are a dedicated person with excellent communication skills and a solid knowledge of customer service and you enjoy the role as a host. It is important that you have strong work ethic, along with creativity and elegance. You must be organized, proactive and meticulous, and consider yourself to work efficiently in a fast-paced demanding environment. As well as we expect you have previous relevant work experience in a similar role. We also expect you speak and understand English and a Scandinavian language and perhaps a third language.
You can start as soon as possible, and interviews will be held on an ongoing basis.
