Job description
Our Global Marketing team is looking for you to lead, develop and execute our Brand Management Strategy to deliver impactful brand messages across the globe. The position is a 12-month maternity cover to commence January 2021 with the possibility of transitioning into permanent employment.
As a leader in our space, we are on a journey to transform from a number of strong local brands within digital product development, into one global brand challenging the established industry with our parent company, Monstarlab. We are now looking for an exceptional storyteller and branding expert, with a proven track record, to lead the Monstarlab brand to the next level.
As our future Head of Branding and PR, you will play a key role in turning our corporate communications agenda into a real catalyst for strategic change – both inside the organization and in our engagement with external stakeholders.
You will bring a combination of creative and strategic thinking into the role, with a particular focus on branding and positioning. You must be able to deliver a strong impact by strengthening our brand, bringing our stories to life both internally and externally, and connecting our people to our transformation journey.
For the right candidate, there is a possibility of permanent employment after the maternity cover.
Responsibilities
Your primary responsibility will be to profile, conceptualise and commercialise the consultancy. In short, be the brand manager and ambassador of the company. Tasks will include:
Brand management, strategy & implementation, building the Monstarlab brand - internally and externally, being the creative and conceptual voice globally Developing, steering and maintaining the corporate visual identity so as to maintain a coherent brand Close collaboration with the design team in structuring and developing tools, brand assets and resources for the entire company, but especially the commercial team Project management and stakeholder management Maintaining, developing and updating our internal case study and content hub Implementing and further developing the new global Monstarlab website Commercialisation of the tech & consultancy offerings through Thought Leadership, case studies, videos, presentations, website, social media and other marketing activations Collaborating closely with the entire commercial team in creating best practice guidelines for pitches and company/service presentations, to win enterprise clients - creating that special sauce that gets us across the finish line Making sure that all our campaigns across platforms live up to the brand Social media management Production of case studies in collaboration with project leads, other internal stakeholders and clients Drive our global PR strategy
Requirements
Personal qualifications
3-5 years’ experience in a similar role A commercial and business-oriented mind An ability to adapt and learn will be beneficial An understanding of consultancy/agency businesses and processes A knowledge of how to build strong brands Strong project management skills Likes to work in a dynamic environment An eye for great design - what works and doesn’t work Self-starter with a strong predisposition for action and solving problems Ability to maneuver a global matrix organization and form trusting relationships at all levels Avid content creator Analytical and strategic mindset Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
