Head of Channel Marketing in Global Branding & Marketing

Do you want to build a word leading digital presence to support us in creating a world that runs entirely on green energy? 

Joins us and become Head of the Channel Marketing team in the Channels & Amplification department where you’ll manage a team of five highly-skilled specialists responsible for performing market and channel analyses, audience journey optimisation, campaign planning and execution, SEO & SEM and tracking and insights. Channels & Amplification is part of Global Branding & Marketing and sets the overall strategic direction for our branding and marketing activities.

Your key tasks will be to

  • lead the implementation of Salesforce and Google Marketing Cloud, including the implicit change management tasks
  • secure a high-performance team with a high level of job satisfaction
  • be responsible for global media planning, execution and reporting across our different markets, campaigns and business units, covering both digital and offline media such as print, TV and cinemas
  • act as media lead on designated campaigns, projects and programs and deliver relevant products such as media plans etc.
  • manage relations with external agencies and suppliers, including ongoing evaluation of their performance.

In addition, you’ll manage the media budget and control follow-up. As head of the team, you’ll collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders from across the business and our markets and will work very closely with campaign and project managers to deliver our ambitious campaigns and programs.

Your competences include that you

  • have substantial experience within paid digital advertising and/or marketing automation and related areas
  • have a proven track record of managing people and creating high performance teams
  • understand the digital landscape and how to create customer journeys across systems
  • have extensive strategic communication skills preferably also from a societal and/or environmental perspective
  • have experience with change management in relation to digital platforms and skill sets.
