Responsibilities

 
Head of Customer & Contract Management is responsible for ensuring that the team of Customer Managers and Contract Managers individually and as a team have the competencies required to fulfil the role including meeting the expectations of our customers. Further, your primary responsibilities include:
  • Close collaboration with the regional Service Directors and the Director for Offshore Service Support
  • Support your team if necessary in specific cases and handle escalations
  • Manage the balance between delivering value to our customers while also protecting a healthy business for Vestas
  • Maintain and develop the processes relating to the Customer Manager and Contract Manager roles
  • Qualifications
    The ideal candidate is expected to have the following qualifications:

  • Relevant Masters’ degree in Law, Business, Economics or equivalent field combined with a commercial background
  • Solid experience from working in a similar position in an international service organisation 
  • Proven experience with management of highly skilled people and change management
  • Good business skills and a customer-focused, solution- and improvement-oriented mindset
  • Fluency in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Competencies
