Your primarily responsibilities

Your overall goal is to ensure clinical data management activities are executed efficiently, with timely and high quality deliverables to customers across the global organisation. To do so, you will:

  • Lead, motivate, develop and support – the data management team as a group and employees individually
  • Provide coaching and guidance within your functional area to clinical development programs
  • Support development and implementation of new processes or process improvements and systems
  • Set vision and continuously develop the strategy for Data Management, drive its implementation and ensure alignment with LEO Pharma strategy and latest industry development

You will also be part of the leadership team in Biometrics, a function comprising of data management, sta-tistical programming, biostatistics and medical communication. Here you will contribute to setting the direc-tion for the Biometrics function, and you will have a forum for constructive professional dialogue.

 Your competencies

You have a graduate qualification within the life science, natural science, statistical/computer science field or related discipline and ideally at least 10 years’ of experience from working hands-on within clinical da-ta management in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry. Your experience involves data capturing and cleaning in clinical trials in drug development with associated regulatory requirements. You have years of experience within people management and are motivated by developing your skills as a positive enabler for your team.
Related to this, you ideally have experience from working in an organisation under transformation, glob-alisation and growth.
To succeed, you must have a strong drive for results and be very good at collaboration. You also have a flexible mindset in order to ensure deliverables in a project organisation with multiple deadlines and
priorities. Additionally, you have the communication capabilities and interpersonal skills needed to ensure
excellent stakeholders management. As a manager, you are open-minded and you can make people be-lieve in succeeding as a team.

 Your new team

Biometrics comprises around 75 professionals. Currently, 12 of those are found in the Data Management team based at LEO Pharma’s headquarters in Ballerup, Greater Copenhagen.
The team members have different backgrounds, nationalities and level of experience. The working envi-ronment is based on trust, collaboration and we share a common drive for success – the success of one

Your key responsibilities are 

  • Management of tendering events [PQQ, RFI, RFP, ITT]
  • Development of tailored, proactive sales proposals
  • Development of sales presentations and pre-sales collateral
  • Co-development of tailored value propositions to existing clients and new prospects
