Head of Digital Marketing

Your missionAs the Head of Digital at Queue-it, you will take responsibility for overseeing the strategic implementation of digital marketing to support a cohesive customer journey.

In close collaboration with the marketing and sales teams, you will increase brand awareness, generate engagement, and optimize conversion rates to help drive demand for Queue-it. You will develop our website and digital marketing channels, as well as gather, analyze, and transform data into actionable insights.

While creating demand is your main goal, it’s your job to understand and enhance all of the underlying touchpoints.

Combining a strong analytical, creative, and collaborative mindset with project management skills, you will be a hands-on, key contributor in keeping Queue-it’s industry-leading position.

What you get to do every day

  • Drive strategic vision for digital marketing strategy
  • Handle website strategy and projects, including CMS functionality and improvements
  • Oversee paid digital marketing channels, such as Google Ads and paid social media
  • Work with the other members of the marketing team around communications, content creation, and branding to develop strategies that attract and engage target audiences
  • Perform ongoing analysis and reporting for digital channels
  • Supervise and mentor 2 digital marketing team members
  • Define and organize digital marketing budget

What you bring to the team

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent education or experience); a master’s degree would be a plus

Experience

  • Experience with managing many diverse projects, internal team members, agencies, and budgets
  • Experience with digital marketing tools & channels, website management, and building new websites
  • Understanding of website analytics tools and an ability to use data to make strategic decisions

 Skills

  • Proven track-record in analytics and reporting tools, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and commonly-used SEO tools (e.g. Moz, SemRush)
  • Superb stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical skills
  • “Roll up your sleeves,” action and result oriented approach
  • Structured and hands-on working style, able to thrive with daily operational tasks as well as tactical and strategic assignments

The Queue-it headquarters is currently located in Ballerup, but will be moving to central Copenhagen in summer 2021. Employees should be local (we support relocation!), but can enjoy the flexibility to work from home or in the office.
