Head of Energy-as-a-Service Sales

Do you want to be part of an exciting and innovative growth agenda to deliver energy solutions for strategic clients?  

Join us and become Head of Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS) Sales in B2B DK where you’ll work broadly and collaboratively across Ørsted to deliver EaaS solutions for large Danish corporations. 

Your key tasks will be to 

  • take full ownership and accountability of sales and customer lifecycle value in the Executive Account Management sales channel 
  • manage and develop a team of experienced solution sales professionals 
  • build a pipeline of energy solutions and EaaS projects and close the deals   
  • establish, maintain and develop customer relations to larger businesses in Denmark 
  • create positive relationships and transactional progress while working with internal stakeholders from lead to completion  
  • assess project feasibility/profitability and input into pricing and deal structuring activities. 

 In addition, you’ll work with Marketing to participate in trade shows, industry talks and other sales presentation opportunities as well as collaborate with Marketing and other (international) sales teams to scan for leads and sales opportunities.   

Your competences include that you 

  • have a master's degree in a technical or commercial field 
  • have extensive experience and a strong track record in strategic solution selling 
  • have some sales management experience 
  • have a commercial and strategic mindset combined with a technical understanding 
  • thrive in an international environment and are able to create good relationships with your stakeholders. 

 Furthermore, you speak Danish and you’re comfortable and talented as a keynote speaker.
