HR Business Partner in CMC

We are looking for an experienced HR Partner to be part of supporting one of our exciting functions within R&D, Chemistry, Manufacturing & Control (CMC) Development, which today employs approximately 1,400 employees primarily in Denmark.

About the department
You will be part of CMC Development People & Organisation (P&O) consisting of you and the Senior Vice President (SVP) HR Business Partner working with every aspect of the HR value chain. In addition, you will be part of the overall R&D P&O team that supports the R&D functions in Novo Nordisk in driving organisational development and HR processes. As an HR Partner in CMC Development P&O you will be reporting to the SVP HR Business Partner for CMC Development.

The position
As CMC Development HR Partner you will help the local management team in developing the organisation to achieve current and future business challenges through identifying, driving and executing the needed People and organisational activities across the area. Planning and facilitating of development and talent programmes for employees and managers in CMC Development with a continuous eye for improvements and optimisation possibilities will be a significant part of your deliverables to the organisation.

As member of CMC Development P&O you will moreover collaborate with your HR colleagues on cross functional HR and organisational deliverables in CMC Development and across R&D.

Qualifications
You have already built up a strong background within organisational development, HR and the HR Partner role. You master a broad range of HR disciplines and are comfortable both when developing HR solutions at the conceptual level as well as when implementing operational HR solutions in the organisation.

You are able to build up a thorough understanding of the business challenges of the area and you consider it your responsibility to ensure a clear link between business and HR. You have a strong personal integrity that allows you to offer your perspective in a respectful way. You are an experienced process facilitator and demonstrate good cultural sensitivity and stakeholder management.

As a person you are result oriented and structured. You have a high level of drive, initiative, empathy and persistence and work well in a dynamic environment.

You hold a relevant academic degree and as English is our corporate language, it is a prerequisite that you speak and write English fluently. You work comfortably in MS Office (experienced in PowerPoint). It is also important that you approach tasks and colleagues with a positive attitude, energy and good humour.
