HR Consultant, Performance & Development Dialogue Support

Would you like to lead the global support of our Performance & Development Dialogue (PDD) tool?

Drive the PDD support set-up

Working from our office in Bjerringbro, you will become an administrative go-to expert in our PDD tool. The tool is used by managers from across our global business to manage individual employee performance and development goals and is linked to our incentive pay out.

You will develop into the lead PDD supporter in Grundfos. You will be responsible for the PDD support for all Danish companies as well as our global support functions. In addition to this, you will be the one driving and developing the global network of PDD supporters. More specifically, your tasks will be to:

  • Upload incentive goals and results in close collaboration with managers and HR business partners
  • Perform continuous data quality checks
  • Drive a knowledge sharing community of global PDD supporters to ensure a high level of global alignment, commitment and quality assurance
  • Facilitate competence building, process training and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Build a user-focused and efficient support set-up

 

Take on new consultancy tasks and standardization projects

Once you have become an expert and once the PDD support network has been matured, we imagine that you will also engage in other global HR projects, e.g. within HR process standardization and streamlining.

 

HR profile with system and process know-how

To thrive in this role, you are interested in both driving projects and networks while also handling administrative tasks in a supporting role. You are equally passionate about systems and processes. You have a disciplined approach to data quality, and you are able to handle great complexity. Furthermore, you have great communication skills and you are capable of networking across borders and functions.

Moreover, we imagine that you:

  • Have 3+ years of experience from a position in HR – preferably from a global company
  • Have experience with process development/optimization
  • Have experience with HR systems such as ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, Employee Central and SAP
  • Speak and write English fluently
