HR Consultant to support with coordination, projects and HR analytics

Are you a fast-learning team player with a great service mind-set and a flair for coordination and analytical tasks? Then you might be our new HR Consultant in the Devices and Supply (D&S) HR team.

About the department
You will be part of a team of HR and communications professionals, People & Organisation in Devices & Supply Chain Management (PODS), which consists of 8 HR Business Partners, a Communication Partner and a student helper. Jointly, we are responsible for supporting D&S with all questions related to HR management and for ensuring that the HR processes related to performance management, talent management, competency management, organisational review, leadership dev. etc. are conducted professionally.

The position
As HR consultant, you have a dual responsibility. On the one hand, you support the HR Director in daily business, including diverse administrative, ad hoc tasks and you coordinate and proactively optimise specific processes related to the annual HR wheel. For example, you run and maintain the process and project Master Plan in relation to the annual HR Wheel in the PODS-team. It will also be your responsibility to coordinate the PODS information board meetings and department meetings. Another important task will be to gain expert knowledge in our HR systems and processes and to facilitate knowledge transfer and train colleagues.

Furthermore, you will participate in cross D&S people projects rolling out HR processes in Denmark and/or countries where D&S is represented.

On the other hand, you run projects and deliver HR material and HR analytics to support the yearly HR processes and the specific needs of the organisation. In particular, you will be responsible for delivery of HR data in D&S and be the go-to person when ad hoc analysis and reports are requested by the HR director and the local management. As we follow the LEAN philosophy and work with continuous improvements, we also expect you give input to and run internal improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
You hold an academic degree within HRM, Business administration, Economics or similar, preferably topped with a couple of years of experience from an HR function that has given you good insights into various HR processes. We expect you to be highly confident in using HR applications and excel and proficient in both English and Danish. Experience with Success Factors is an advantage.

As a person, you are structured and systematic and you take pride in delivering high quality work on time. You are good at organising and coordinating and you are comfortable with handling a various range of tasks at the same time while working in a fast-pace environment where priorities can change with short notice. You have excellent analytical skills and have an eye for presenting complex knowledge and organising tasks in a simple manner. Moreover, you are a team player with a strong service mind-set and solid communication and interpersonal skills.
