Do you want to be overall HR responsible and drive all HR activities? Do you have experience of driving HR processes in a production company, and can you see yourself in a broad HR role consisting of strategic management sparring, HR administration and operational HR responsibilities? HR Strategy, Administration, and Management Sparring

As HR Manager you will be responsible for supporting the entire organisation in HR related matters.

The primary goal is to support managers and employees in all HR related aspects, as well as being the business partner for the management team.

The position is a very broad HR role, consisting of strategic and business partnering over more administrative HR tasks to operational responsibilities towards all employees.

You thrive in a busy environment with a large variety of tasks.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Drive the annual HR wheel (performance review, salary review, engagement survey)
  • Supporting and advising managers on HR related issues
  • Recruitment, employment contracts and related documentation
  • Drive onboarding and offboarding activities, and exit interviews
  • HR processes and administration around salary regulations and incentive programs
  • Handling employee issues, coaching, legal, behaviour, compliance
  • Maintain and develop HR system and HR administration
  • Maintaining job descriptions, organisational charts, policies and procedures
  • Employee handbook and internal communication
  • Team development programs
HR experience from a production company

You have experience from a broad HR role, with participation in employee dialogue, business support to management and sparring with managers, as well as operational HR processes and administrative tasks.
You thrive by being responsible for planning and executing on all HR related tasks.

You can develop and maintain HR systems, digitally as well as HR wheel, templates, compliance and procedures.

You are dedicated, experienced and ready to lead HR in an organisation and company in change.

You bring
  • Min. 3-5 years experience as HR Manager or HR Business Partner

  • Experience in all aspects of HR, operational, strategic, and administrative

  • Experience from a production company with blue collar workers

  • Commercial and HR related education

You are
  • Selfdriven and proactive

  • Service oriented and well structured

  • Empathetic with good communication skills

  • Loyal, trustworthy with a hands-on approach

  • Solution oriented and open to change

The HR manager is a staff function, supporting the CEO and management team and delivering support on all HR related aspects to the entire organisation.

Hamlet Protein promotes health, welfare and performance of farm livestock through soy-based specialty proteins for young animal feed. Around the world, the products are known to deliver an efficient, high quality source of vegetable protein with a strong return on investment.

Hamlet Protein employs 120 people globally with 65 working at the headquarter in Horsens.
