We have recently introduced our 2025 strategy, which aims at accelerating our efforts in innovative therapeutics while strengthening our established portfolio and our global footprint in medical dermatology. Dermatology is an area of rapid growth, and LEO Pharma is rapidly changing from a company focused on topical treatments, to being at the forefront of scientific advancements to help patients.

HR in LEO Pharma has over the past year defined a new HR Operating Model to support LEO Pharma’s strategic journey, where roles and responsibilities in HR will be clearly defined to optimize our HR services. Global People Shared Services will lead key operational services and implement operational procedures across LEO, as well as deliver the more transactional HR support on globalized processes and services

If you have extensive experience with contracts and HR administration in general, and are you looking for a job with lots of responsibility, and where you will help build our new processes in Global People Shared Services while developing yourself? – If so, you've found it. 


Great and exciting responsibility together with your colleagues in the EMEA area

As a team, our work geography changes from "just being Denmark" to cover the whole of Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and we therefore need a new colleague, who wants to join us, and LEO Pharma, on our exciting journey.

You will become part of a team consisting of 4 other experienced and professionally strong colleagues at LEO Pharma's headquarters in Ballerup. Together we will have the responsibility for e.g. the creation of contracts, amendments, terminations and other administrative support for LEO Pharma's approx. 4,000 employees in the EMEA area.

You will be responsible for handling various processes within the HR operations field. As work progresses on aligning our ways of working, you will have ample opportunities to put your personal touch on our methods and procedures. In this context, we would like to listen to your experiences and ideas.

In summary, your primary tasks will be:

  • Creation of contracts, additions and terminations
  • Administration of recruitment and on-boarding
  • HR legal counseling
  • Administration of resignations and leave

 

Minimum 3-5 years of HR administrations experience

You have a relevant HR education, have a good knowledge of employment law and collective bargaining agreements, and minimum 3-5 years of HR operations experience. If you have previous experience with SAP/SuccessFactors, it's an advantage, but not a requirement for you to apply - as long as you're ready to learn. English is our company language, so we expect you to be proficient.
As a person, you enjoy being responsible for your own tasks, and you can thrive on being organized, without losing yourself in less important details.
With your drive, your overview and your good energy, it's natural for you to be at the forefront of the tasks. At the same time, you have a fundamental positive attitude to succeed and you can spread your good mood to both colleagues in the department and your customers in the EMEA area. Of course, this also applies in your cooperation with colleagues, including your desire to share your knowledge and receive sparring from others.
It will be a big advantage if you can write and speak one or more of these languages: French, German and Spanish.
