HR Partner

In 2017, we welcomed close to a hundred new Siteimprovers and as the growth continues, we are looking for a new colleague to join our ambitious and social HR team located in our beautiful headquarters in Copenhagen.

As our new HR Partner, your responsibilities will consist of an equal mix of HR partnering and HR project-related tasks. You will be assisting the HR Director initializing, driving and implementing HR projects and supporting the organization by being their go-to-person.

You will become part of an HR team consisting of 8 highly skilled and committed colleagues covering recruiting, employer branding and HR administration. The role as HR Partner is newly established in the HR team and as such you will be able to shape the scope of your role.  You will report to HR Director Gitte Hemmingsen.


HR Projects

Assist implementing new HR initiatives that will support our business objectives, i.e.:

  • Implement our new strategic onboarding system
  • Optimize the performance review process
  • Prepare and run Great Place to Work® survey (employee satisfaction survey)
  • Implement Career steps throughout the organization
  • Implement initiatives that will help the career growth and development of our employees
  • Analyse and develop relevant KPI’s
  • Drive and implement retention initiatives

HR Partnering

As an HR Partner, you will be supporting employees and first line managers horizontally across the organization on a great variety of tasks:

  • Consulting with line managers and employees to provide daily HR guidance and sparring
  • Handling people-related issues in a people-centric and thoughtful manner
  • Resolve employee relations issues
  • Sparring and coaching on career development and mobility
  • Provide advice to the organization regarding employee relations and legislation  

All recruitment and HR administration is handled by your HR colleagues responsible for those areas.

What We Require of You

We are looking for a talented HR professional who is people-centric to the bone, yet has a stern focus on how to best support business objectives from a people perspective.

You have 2-5 years of experience working with HR projects and/or as an HR Partner. You are a hands-on kind of person and have experience driving and executing on a wide variety of HR tasks, operational and, to some extent, strategic.

As an organization, we’re going through rapid growth which creates many possibilities and changes in the organization as a whole. To match that it’s important that you are capable of embracing and driving change and is able to transmit that to the organization. Since this is a new role, it’s key that you find it exciting to help shape and scope your own role and that you thrive not always knowing what the day will bring.

Furthermore we expect that you:

  • Have excellent written and verbal English skills – this is a must!
  • Master building long-term, trusting relationships with all levels of employees
  • Have high drive and strong decision making skills
  • Are organized and great at execution

What We'll Love About You

Your experience and drive is more important to us than a specific educational background but you probably have a bachelor or master’s degree within Human Resources, Communications or Business Administration. You will be supporting our international markets (Nordics, UK, DACH, NL, Canada) If you speak any of those languages on top of a perfect English, it would be amazing. Furthermore we’d love it if you have experience with basic employee law.
