HR Recruitment Partner with an international mindset for NNIT's recruitment team

Your responsibilities as Recruitment Partner

You will be part of our recruitment team that ensures a professional and smooth recruitment process. You will be a trusted advisor towards your dedicated part of the business and your experience within recruitment enables you to act as a professional partner for hiring managers in NNIT.

You take ownership of the recruitment project and work independently with tasks in all phases of the process, from start-up meetings with the hiring manager and suggestion of recruitment strategies to direct candidate search, and facilitation of interviews and coordination and communication with hiring managers and candidates.

You understand the business you are recruiting for, and you identify and interview experienced professionals within your partner areas, mainly within Life Sciences and IT technical specialists.

The job will also include other areas of responsibility, such as being responsible Recruitment Partner for all trainees in NNIT and participating in employer branding activities.

Furthermore, your knowledge about the business enables you to search for candidates and provide the candidates with a comprehensive image of which exciting challenges to expect and which interesting key projects and customers they will be involved in.

You will join our HR Recruitment Team

You will get 20 talented and professional colleagues in NNIT’s Danish HR and Recruitment department and a close working relationship with colleagues in other countries – especially our Recruitment Teams and Hiring Managers in Denmark and Europe. We support and learn from each other and you can count on knowledge sharing and sparring with your colleagues and the HR management.

Your qualifications and experience

You are a skilled Recruiter with at last 5 years of experience, from working as an external recruiter or an in-house proactive recruitment function. Furthermore, you most likely have the following qualifications:

• An appropriate theoretical background, e.g. a Master’s degree

• A creative mind when it comes to sourcing and talent attraction, and you know that the post-and-pray strategy rarely works when it comes to attracting highly skilled professionals

• A solid business understanding which enables you to provide the necessary feedback and sparring with NNIT’s hiring managers

• Experience in LinkedIn Recruiter

It is a plus if you have experience with working in a global setup and within the Life Sciences or IT industry.

You bring with you a consultancy mindset and energy. You thrive in a high-paced environment, without losing focus on service. You are flexible, have a can-do attitude, and can work independently. As a colleague you are positive, helpful, cooperative, humorous and cheerful; like the rest of us.

You are used to working with processes and you communicate clearly in writing and orally in both English and Danish.
