A wide range of tasks

As our new HR System Specialist/Controller, you will be responsible for implementation and further development of our existing systems and procedures for HR data and flow. Furthermore, you will implement and develop our systems, e.g. ORACLE, Power BI, etc. Tasks will include:

  • Delivering HR real time reporting and KPI´s at any given time

  • Partner with the business and HR business partners to gather user requirements, anticipate future technology needs, optimize processes and provide ongoing consulting and training on existing systems and processes

  • Perform data analysis and periodic system audits to ensure data quality and integrity

  • Ensure successful adoption of new releases and upgrades of all HR System solutions, including business communication, user training and user acceptance testing and issue resolution

  • Partner with IT to configure HR systems to meet business needs as well as to ensure alignment with IT and overall business strategies

Qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline (i.e. Economy, Data Science, Business or similar)

  • At least 3 – 5 years of experience in working with data and large scale HR IT solutions and in managing large scale change

  • Excellent skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

  • Good understanding of HR Processes & business

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze business needs and recommend system solutions

  • Experience working in a multi-national company preferred

  • Communicate well in English, both spoken and written
