Human Resource Business Partners, Commercial and Marketing, EMEA

Reports To: International HR Director

Department: Human Resources

The HRBP will be the primary HR contact for managers within Commercial and Marketing in the EMEA region. The HRBP has full ownership of HR wheel activities, supporting strategic HR projects, and change management activities and training in cooperation with the HR team globally.

You Will:

  • Partner with managers in EMEA and provide HR support as the main contact and build relationships with managers.
  • Provide people process and resolving complex cases.
  • Create the delivery of all annual HR Cycle activities, including Performance Management, Compensation, Succession Planning and Development in corporation with the Global HR team.
  • Identify and address opportunities for improvement for manager by drawing on people insights.
  • Provide workshops and presentations on change management and development activities, including global engagement survey and learning opportunities in Cooper Companies.
  • Participate in recruitments.
  • Maintain HR processes and company policies, making sure these are up-to-date according to our needs and local legislation.
  • Perform additional responsibilities or assignments as directed by management.
  • You Have:

  • Master's degree in HR/Business-related education.
  • Fluent in English and preferable an additional local European language.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, and 2 years of experience in a larger, global organization with a matrix organizational structure.
  • Solid experience as a HR generalist with HR wheel activities in an international corporate environment.
  • An understanding and natural interest for business partnering and supporting managers on delivering a great management experience.
  • Great change management, facilitation, and coaching skills.
  • A personality that can cope with organizational complexity and change.
  • Structured, flexible, and service minded.
