Chr. Hansen is on an ambitious HR Digitalization journey leveraging SuccessFactors as our global HRIS platform. With Employee Central implemented in 32 countries, along with recruitment, performance and most of the world having the compensation review module, we have started the journey. We have strong support from the business to take the next phase of the roadmap and expand into more offerings like Time & Attendance, Payroll, Onboarding and LMS.

This is a new role, as we are looking into ensuring the best sustainable support set-up to HR and managers in our EMEA countries. With this role, we aim to minimize the administrative burden in the countries and synergize the systems support. You will support all EMEA countries and become part of our small and competent Central West European HR team working closely with our Regional Systems Super Users.

What would your role look like?

Acts as first point of contact for HR-related admin queries from country HR and managers. Execute HR administration tasks for small countries in EMEA within document creation, updating SuccessFactors and other data entries based on input from managers and with legal guidance from country HR managers.

Key Tasks:

  • Responsible for correct and timely HR master data updates for the region
  • Support HR managers with data etc. when answering employees’ or managers' queries about HR-related issues
  • Execute monthly data quality check between C-People and local HR/Payroll data and initiate needed updates
  • Supporting execution of local processes related to master data like onboarding, promotion and offboarding
  • Ensure local legal compliance in all executions
  • Participate in Global super user and HR Digitalization project activities
  • Preparation of HR documents, e.g. Employment letters, benefits, and promotion letters, leave of absence and warning cases on request
  • Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology or related field / or adequate eduation
  • Minimum of two years of experience working in Human Resources or IT and direct experience with SAP Success Factors.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in English and German
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in a global environment
  • Ability to multitask, lead projects and work independently
  • Curious and willing to learn new things, service oriented and team player
