HSE Specialist to Muehlhan A/S in Middelfart

We are looking for an experienced HSE Specialist, ready to provide high quality HSE support in all phases of projects within the international wind energy, oil and gas, construction and other industry. You will be working in a fast-paced organization, which is expected to grow in coming years, and we would like you to play a major role in this development. The position is placed in Middelfart and you will refer to Head of HSE, joining a dedicated HSE team, interacting with stakeholders throughout the whole organization. We expect you will have approx. 25 travel days per year.

What Muehlhan expect from you:

  • You will be working across two organizations, Muehlhan A/S and Muehlhan Wind Service A/S, therefore we need you to be a HSE generalist, able to work both in the field and behind the desk
  • You have a few years of HSE experience and you feel that you have the right call for this job and this is what you want to do – despite challenges that HSE professionals meet in daily life
  • You are an excellent communicator, positive and constructive in your approach, able to guide and teach both technicians and managers, and you do not take no for an answer
  • You understand that working in an certified organization means a certain degree of administration and documentation, and you do not mind doing some routine, but necessary work once in a while
  • You have experience in preparing Risk Assessments, Method Statements, HSE Plans, procedures, forms and work instructions
  • You speak and write fluent Danish and English
  • You live centrally in Denmark, within 1 hour drive from Middelfart, and you are willing to drive in your own car to different sites in Denmark or travel abroad

Your tasks:

  • Site visits and safety walks on their onshore and offshore sites
  • Ensuring good relations with their customers, employees and team leaders on sites
  • Organizing and participating in HSE meetings, internal and with customers
  • Organizing and conducting safety campaigns and employee training
  • Preparation and continuous improvement of ISO HSE management systems
  • Ensuring that their projects are aligned according to local legal HSE requirements through site inspections and audits
  • Reporting, investigating and following up on HSE incidents
  • Preparation of Risk Assessments & Method Statements (RAMS) as well as HSE Plans
  • Preparation of procedures, forms and work instructions within all areas of their activity (see the Company description below)

Dig som person:

Vi forventer at de to kommende konsulenter har: 

  • Relevant uddannelse på kandidatniveau eller tilsvarende
  • Relevant erfaring med uddannelsessektoren
  • Stærke analytiske kompetencer og er gode til formidle sig skriftligt
  • Veludviklede samarbejds- og kommunikationsevner

Det er en fordel, hvis du har teoretisk og praktisk erfaring med kvalitetsarbejde med relevans for en videregående uddannelsesinstitution.

Vi forestiller os at de to kommende konsulenter har følgende profil eller dele deraf:

Du har indsigt i uddannelsesverdenen, gerne gennem ansættelse på en videregående uddannelsesinstitution, og du interesserer dig for at arbejde med de politiske og organisatoriske krav som stilles til uddannelsesområdernes kvalitetsarbejde. 

Du kan lide at arbejde med komplekse problemstillinger og formår at omsætte disse i klar og forståelig kommunikation, der kan understøtte uddannelsesmiljøerne i deres arbejde.

Samtidig er du god til at koordinere din opgaveløsning og kan planlægge og gennemføre dine opgaver både selvstændigt og i tæt samarbejde på tværs af organisationen.

Som kvalitetskonsulent får du ansvaret for en række forskellige opgaver i relation til afdelingens ansvarsområde. Dine opgaver kan blandt andet omfatte:

  • Sparring og facilitering omkring uddannelsesområdernes kvalitetsarbejde

  • Udarbejdelse af procedurer, retningslinjer og skabeloner til understøttelse af institutionens kvalitetsarbejde

  • Koordinering og gennemførsel af evaluering af hele uddannelser

  • Monitorering og analyse af relevante data til ledelsesinformation

  • Intern og ekstern kommunikation omkring kvalitetsarbejdet

Ansættelsesvilkår

Stillingerne er på fuld tid og ønskes besat pr. 1. august 2019.

Ansættelsen sker efter overenskomst mellem Finansministeriet og Akademikernes Centralorganisation (AC). Alt efter kvalifikationer og erfaring ved kandidaten kan den ene eller begge af stillingerne eventuelt besættes med en special- eller chefkonsulent.
