At CHIP - Centre of Excellence for Health, Immunity and Infections - a research organization at Rigshospitalet - we are looking for a new SQL developer to work with health data. The data are used for research and in clinical systems for patient management.
We are looking for a full-time data manager/developer to ensure a professional handling of data and our MSSQL codebase in all its lifecycle steps and in close collaboration with the rest of the IT staff (8 persons), researchers, project managers, and collaborating partners.
Specific tasks and responsibilities:
- Implementing and maintaining an end-to-end robust data flow including:
- Automatic import of data from systems at Rigshospitalet and national data sources
- Optimizing dataflow and scripts
- Implementing and maintaining QA processes based on researchers’ findings
- Data delivery to end users
- Operational aspects and systems administration
- Documentation.
- Development and maintenance of our clinical systems:
- MATCH – Management of post-transplant infections
- SACC – Shared Addiction Care Collaboration – treatment of hepatitis C in counselling drug treatment centers
- PERSIMUNE – Centre of Excellence for personalized medicine of infections complications in immune deficiency
Qualifications: - Experience with TSQL including indexes, stored procedures, SSIS, etc.
- Experience in optimizing data management, scripts, indexes, etc.
- Experience working with joining and merging data from multiple data sources
- Experience with QA processes
- Experience working as a database developer
- Experience with development lifecycle processes
- Knowledge of data/information security standards
- Proficiency in English both written and oral
- Ability to collaborate with national and international stakeholders.
