You’ll be powering our Nordic Retention Inbound Team

??????We are seeking an experienced person to join our Retention team who has a good understanding of value and enthusiasm to make an impact! The team is a part of our Merchant Services business, and we handle all our B2B customers through inbound calls from existing customers in order to prevent customer turnover regarding Payment Terminals and International Acquirer Agreements.

You will be a part of a growing international team with colleagues from Denmark, Norway, Finland, and Sweden, where employee satisfaction, career development and winning mentality are highly prioritized. The team is located in Ballerup, Denmark.

You have experience in sales-, service- or retention and enjoy working with customers. You are known as a great listener and you are enthusiastic to build long-lasting customer relationships.

What you will be doing:

  • Primarily answering inbound calls for the purpose of renegotiating agreements and reducing customer turnover

  • Respond to customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction

  • Be part of developing new strategies for customer retention activities

  • Build positive partnerships with customers

  • Use customer feedback to develop new techniques in order to ensure customer retention

  • Perform customer negotiations and cross-sales to existing customers
