For our IE department in the Brande factory, we are looking for a motivated and outgoing willing to join our team for technology-based process development.

How to contribute to our vision

You will be production technical responsible for a production area and solve day-to-day problems (including ensuring technical support for product Engineering)?. The role also involves initiating analyses and Root-Cause investigations on quality problems, performance measures and deviating targets? as well as identify improvement potentials and define project portfolios and generate business cases?. You should implement production improvement initiatives and projects?. Part of the duties also include defining the criticality of changes?, reviewing and ensure evaluation of product and process changes?.

Additional responsibilities:
* Ensure work instructions and control check lists are updated.
* Participate in production shop floor meeting?s.
* Screening of design changes and participate in implementation board?.
* Disposition of manufacturing requirements on Non-Conformances.
* Participate in general engineering activities on department level.

What you need to make a difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.

We expect you to have a bachelor's degree in technical/engineering programs such as mechanical, industrial or electrical engineering science. In particular electrical competences are seen as an advantage. You should be familiar with Project Management concepts, skills and tools such as stakeholder management, risk management, crisis management, resource allocation & levelling, communication & negotiation, planning & time management, as well as systematic problem solving. Additional important knowledge to hold is to be familiar with supply management concepts such as lean, value stream mapping, layout optimization, material flow, people allocation, quality & EHS collaboration, tooling interfaces, as well as key parameters such as cycle-time, tact-time, throughput-time, etc. You should have a multidisciplinary mindset to be comfortable to step out into other disciplines/knowledge areas and bring in related/helpful ideas. To have a scalable mindset to consider implementation of the systems both locally and globally using interfaces between plants and aligned with ONE-SGRE strategy. We see you as being an initiator and having entrepreneurial tendencies and be comfortable with methodical, systematic and structured workstyle. You are fluent in Danish and English, reading, writing and speaking. Having overview of SGRE culture, SGRE OF product, plant Brande production line and the colleague-network is a plus. Having knowledge of the systems being used in SGRE such as Team Center, SAP, and other SGRE applications is a plus.
