Maternity Cover (with option of permanent position)

At Cobiro we're using machine learning and AI to build the next generation of online advertising experiences. We're on a mission to make online marketing accessible, trivial and high-performing for everyone, and we're starting with Google Ads.

Our HR & Recruitment Manager will go on maternity leave, and you will join our Senior Recruiter Sylvia Mørch as a small but highly effective recruitment unit. Cobiro has achieved solid partnerships and is expecting to have a fantastic journey in 2019 - and this is where we need you! So far, this maternity cover will end November 2019 but due to our growth there is a good chance of this position being transformed in to a permanent role.

The Opportunity

You will be a vital part of a growing start-up, and your mission is to continually hire great people. You will be getting the sole responsibility for a range of positions, get an insight in different technologies, and gain knowledge about GoogleAds.

You will not only be able to use your sourcing and talent acquisition skills, but also work across the organisation and gain solid knowledge of the daily life of different colleagues in different departments.

To ensure a talent pipeline, you use your skills to work with both incoming applications and sourcing talents for difficult positions.  In addition, you get the opportunity to use your people skills to determine if a candidate is the right fit for Cobiro: Quality and the right mindset is what you will be looking for, and you want to make sure all candidates are treated fairly and receive feedback.

 

Your skills:

  • 2-3 years experience with search on Linkedin, XING, Monster…
  • A minimum of 2 years experience with IT and Marketing search and/or recruitment
  • Experience with phone interviews and/or personal interviews preferred
  • Inhouse experience preferred

 

Practical Information

  • Expected Start date: 1st of March 2019
  • Expected End date: November 2019 (with possibility of transforming in to a full-time position)
