Inside Account Representative (Swedish speaking)

About this opportunity

Your primary mission is to support new Invisalign providers in the onboarding phase and grow existing low providers for Align Technology. As an Invisalign Inside Account Representative for Sweden you will work together with the field sales team to support and grow the business of the dentists who wish to offer Invisalign in their practices. You will also be assigned a list of customers submitting a limited number of Invisalign (low providers/lapsed). Using the various commercial offers and/or services Align can offer, we will assure that the number of cases they submit increases. You will also assess the status of these customers regarding digital dentistry and identify they could be potential prospects for Align’s intraoral scanner, iTero. With a competitive base salary and a generous commission scheme, your primary responsibilities will include the use of phone, email, and remote presentation software to support Dentists in the certification process allowing them to become Invisalign providers. The same tolls will be used to develop low providers and lapsed Doctors. We recently moved in to our own floor in the Regus building in Copenhagen and are aiming to move to our own office in Ørestad by September 2022. The Nordics team more than double last year and by now we have almost 50 employees across the region (and growing)! About 20 of them are working from the office in Ørestad. They come to the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. On those days face to face meetings take place, they have lunch together in the canteen and field-based employees visit for trainings etc. The other days there is the flexibility to work from home. In this role, you will… You will be a direct report to the Inside Sales Manager Nordic. The Inside Account Representative supporting Swedish market, will be responsible for the following essential duties: Proactively call new Doctors in assigned territory Support new doctors in their onboarding journey towards becoming active certified Invisalign providers Follow up on leads from field sales team, company events, marketing webinars, website, contact forms, etc. Recruit various channel clinical education events Travel to field (Europe) 2 to 4 times per year for certification trainings, regional sales meetings, company events, etc. Learn and maintain a personal level of product knowledge and competence in Dental and Orthodontic medical equipment Provide all appropriate documentation and reporting via Sales Force Perform other duties as assigned. In this role, you’ll need … In this role, you’ll need … You need to be based or willing to relocate to Copenhagen, Denmark: BS or BA preferred and/or equivalent experience Native proficiency in Swedish or Norwegian Professional English skills for workplace Experience in sales/sales support and/or dentistry work experience Excellent communication skills and ability to coach and motivate others Self-motivated, structured, and able to prioritize work tasks Natural ability to navigate through gatekeepers and identify and influence decision makers High level of time management skills and a team player.
