    This is a fixed term one year contract supporting our Danish customers.

    As an IDEXX Inside Sales Account Manager you will provide critical services to our customers while helping to grow IDEXX revenues receiving and processing orders for our diagnostic kits and instrument consumables. As a professional you will partner with others on your team and the IDEXX Field Sales teams to leverage the strengths of IDEXX portfolios, utilize promotional offerings and take a targeted sales approach to drive profitable revenue and customer satisfaction.     As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will be a crucial bridge between our customers and IDEXX. By supporting the sales process & receiving and processing orders, you will work to equip veterinary clinics with the tests and tools they need to help keep pets happy and healthy. You’ll rely on the strength of our portfolios, promotional offerings, and your laser-focused sales approach to connect our customers with the products they need.

    In This Role

    You will fulfill customer orders for IDEXX products and services and establish credibility among our customers to make cross-sell and up-sell recommendations through multiple channels including phone, email and chat. 

    You will partner with the IDEXX field sales team to build a strategy to retain, acquire and grow account opportunities that span multiple IDEXX products

    Maintain customer contact database (Salesforce.com) with accurate profiles, notes and opportunity information

    Provide outstanding customer experience while working collaboratively for team success

    What You Will Need to Succeed

    Bachelor’s degree in a business or scientific discipline preferred, or an equivalent combination of experience and education

    You will be based in our Solna, Sweden office supporting our Danish customers so it is essential you can speak & understand the Danish language

    Sales and/or applicable business experience involving direct customer contact 

    Understanding of the veterinary diagnostic market and experience in healthcare or scientific industry is a plus

    Strong communications skills including writing, listening and questioning; strong interpersonal skills with ability to establish rapport quickly

    Ability to absorb and articulate technical information

    Internally motivated and goal-oriented, with strong organizational skills

    Computer proficiency (Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word and Outlook)
