Insite Manager- Denmark

EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST REQUIRED – Glamsberg, Denmark / Insite Manager

We have an exciting opportunity to join one of our European Insites™ on a secondment or permanent basis based in Glamsbjerg, Denmark. This is not considered to be a commutable role and it is expected that interested parties should be prepared to spend extended periods in Denmark before visiting their UK base.

The Insite™ is part of the Kerry Ingredients Group with whom we have a European wide contract which includes multiple Insites throughout Ireland, United Kingdom and wider Europe.

As an Insite™ Manager you will be responsible for the overall efficient operation and development of the stores. This requires you to be operationally empathetic whilst also looking for commercially beneficial value added propositions for the customer.

This is a great opportunity for an existing sales based individual to do something different and experience life in a vibrant and diverse country with a fantastic standard of living. Denmark also has close ties with Norway and Sweden which are both easily accessible, so a very diverse and stimulating cultural experience. English is spoken as a 2nd language with circa 86% of Danes proficient.

Commercially orientated, you will develop relationships with relevant stakeholders including engineering managers, procurement managers and facilities managers whilst also identifying and executing opportunities for revenue growth and margin improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for manning/issuing parts from stores and day-to-day quotations/ orders.

• Attendance at daily/weekly production and engineering meetings to understand priorities

• Development and Implementation of agreed stores management services and processes

• Maintaining and use of both Rubix and customer systems

• Consistent delivery of agreed levels of customer service, against the formal agreement,

• Ensure a clear understanding of stores management processes

• Work with site teams to identify and provide value creation opportunities

Next Steps?

At this early stage we are looking to gain an accurate picture of the UK based interest in this role. Depending on this response we will proceed to more formal interviews.

Obviously a role change involving foreign travel and relocation is multi-faceted and as such the rewards/disturbance package for this role is yet to be finalised and will be considered on a case by case basis. Certainly there is a desire to reflect the importance of the role and the commitment required from a successful candidate willing to relocate. This will be discussed and finalised as the process moves.
