The position

You'll be part of the Training & Support team, which works with colleagues across the IFP ManDev organization to operate and develop our training.

Assisting with training development projects and change management activities pertaining to our new training approach is part of the internship. By using Learning Management Systems to manage training data, you will acquire an overview of enormous volumes of training data and be able to interpret it (iSOtrain and QualityDocs). Based on your abilities and interests, you may be assigned to ad hoc projects and tasks within the Business Support department.

Practicalities:

  • Internship duration: ideally 6 months, with the option of a 6-month extension
  • Working hours: 37 hours per week is preferred (flexible during exam period)
  • Preferred start date: 1 August 2022
  • Internship is paid and requires enrolment in study programme
  • Bagsværd will be the intern's base of operations
  • Qualifications

    As an intern with us, you will have the chance to learn about and get experience in a variety of areas related to training development, training management, and learning management systems.

  • You are in your last year of a Bachelor's degree program or are pursuing a Master's degree program in HRM, Competency or Organizational Development, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior expertise with human resources, training management, administration, or data-driven procedures in general is preferred, but we do not expect you to be an expert
  • You have a keen eye for detail and work in a methodical and systematic manner
  • Ability to participate in data transfer, management, and analysis by understanding data structure and having analytical skills
  • Interested in gaining practical job experience in a worldwide organization where English is the primary language of communication
  • To value being a part of a team and collaborating on projects as a person with a solution-focused mindset and a pragmatic mindset.
