International Customer Supporter

Imagine being part of a great customer support team, giving five-star experiences to people in 27 countries in 18 languages. This awesome customer service has been given by amazing freelancers who have been with us for years and love the brand like their own. But as Trendhim grows rapidly we’d like to be able to serve more customers from our HQ in Horsens, Denmark.

Our goal for this year, 2020, will be to focus on developing our already exceptional customer service (we're in it to win). And YOU will be a key figure in relation to our CS team and be a part of the Trendhim organization.

 

We are

Trendhim designs accessories for men and sells directly to consumers online. With 5000 products and 13 brands, we help customers in 27 countries and 18 languages. We're a fast-growing E-commerce company, and in the last 4 years, we've grown from just 3 owners to about 60 employees. In 2017 we have been nominated as the 10th fastest growing company in Denmark and growth is still high. Everything is run from our office and warehouse in Horsens, Denmark.

Tasks

Your main task is to provide customer service to our customers, based on your excellent language skills. You will also assist our supporters in several ways: answer product questions, technical issues, and anything that might help them do their job.  

  1. Provide customer service by phone, mail, chat, etc.

  2. Contact and assist our 19 freelance supporters 

  3. Be part of making Trendhim even more customer-focused

  4. Help develop, define, and optimize international customer service 

  5. Utilize new software to create smarter solutions

 

Traits

Honestly, we don’t give a dang if you have a background as a nurse, customer service agent, shop assistant, pirate or mechanic. But what we do care about is:

  • Your language skills. Apart from good English skills, you can help our customers in at least one of the following languages: Dutch, French, Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, Italian, Spanish. 

  • How you relate, talk and care for people.

  • Have a fair set of technical skills.

  • You like to be in a growing organization that is constantly developing  - you should find this exciting, not draining.
