International Key Account Manager / Broker

The role

Optim Beverage Group is seeking an experienced International Key Account Manager / Broker to develop sales channels for Level Organic and Level Hydration in Europe and Asia. You will identify and arrange large distributors, grocery and convenience chains internationally.

You will join an ambitious company with a promising brand where there is not a great divide between thought and action. You will have an opportunity to develop personally and professionally while managing a wide scope of tasks located below. You will report directly to the CEO.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Creating an international distribution strategy
  • Managing junior sales staff to support your role
  • Building relationships with distributors
  • Building and managing relationships with key accounts within grocery and convenience
  • Building and managing relationships with Large HoReCa clients

 

Your profile

You are are a team player with an outgoing and proactive personality, who is able to cooperate and work in a fast moving environment. Additionally you understand what it takes to win. 

Furthermore you possess below qualifications:

  • Education; Relevant degree
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with sales / key account management, preferable within the FMCG/food and beverage industry
  • Proactive and flexible as well as being a team player
  • Entrepreneurial with strong relationship management and negotiation skills
  • International background and language skills
