International Sales Manager

At VERO MODA we are looking for an experienced sales professional to work strategically together with our wholesale brick & mortar customers across our European markets.

YOUR TEAM & ROLE
You will join a strong international sales management team in one of Europe’s leading women’s clothing brands. You will be based in our NOOS department and work in close cooperation with an international sales department of more than 200 enthusiastic colleagues. Besides managing your local team by being hands-on and leading the way, you will do the same with the sales responsibles in the markets who will have an indirect reference to you.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As International Sales Manager in NOOS, you set the direction for the overall sales strategy and sales activities within NOOS to ensure success for our wholesale brick & mortar customers in the European markets. You do so by transforming sales strategies into specific sales actions that are simple, measurable, and easy to work with for your team. 

More specifically, your responsibilities include: 

  • Develop the sales strategies, define objectives and ensure execution
  • Increase sales performance by working with data, market insights and closeness to our customers
  • Lead and inspire your own as well as the international sales teams in the markets
  • Build and maintain close relations to our business partners and B2B customers, especially key accounts

  • Solid experience with international sales and sales management
  • A proven track record of international sales achievements within the textile industry
  • A winning personality with solid interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken – German is considered an advantage
