    Who you are

Collaboration. Ownership. Passion. Courage. These are the values that guide us in being at our best – and that we imagine you share with us.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you:

  • Have analytical competences - be able to systematically break down data inconsistencies and investigate the root causes and how we can set up processes that can find errors in our data and correct them.
  • Master collaboration in practise - work closely with other SMEs, always asking questions and investigating alternative solutions.
  • Show you are a team player - understanding that this is a new team, not all roles are defined and you are not afraid of helping where you can. This means that you take ownership and show passion for moving this area to a new level.
  • Great communication skills - clearly communicate complex issues in an easy and understandable manner to a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Excellent English language skills are required.
  • Your experience and background:

  • Solid experience with investment product (instrument) features and a product’s master data e.g. what is the characteristic for the different instruments, data needed for different instruments/instrument categories, and how regulation like Mifid 2 and PRIIPs influence the data that is needed.
  • Solid experience with investment products (wrappers/agreements), e.g. what data would expected to be used within a wrapper/agreement, and what data for the wrapper would be relevant for the wrapper itself.
  • Understanding the value chain e.g. what data is needed in each part of the value chain.
  • Understanding the business - is data needed in all situations or do we have areas where we can accept lower quality, and how does different data/information impact dialogues with customers or the advice we give.
  • Experienced in excel would be an advantage, meaning not afraid of more advanced excel functions, like pivot table and working with data using the data ribbon.
