With us at CompuSoft, you will work closely with our clients in their daily operations.

You will work with support and counseling within our own developed booking and business solutions, self-service solutions, web solutions, payment solutions with integrated POS and access control, and you will have close cooperation with and great influence on our many users.

We develop and implement booking solutions with integrated POS and access control and in addition, we have a very comprehensive product portfolio. We perform design, development and support internally, and you will work closely with 30 competent and committed colleagues.

Your main tasks:

• Support and maintenance of our software installations in Sweden.

• Coordination, assistance, implementation and documentation of software changes and tests.

• Training of customers, sometimes even at the customer's address.

• In the long term you are included in our 24/7 support duty plan

Who are you:

We seek you with short or long experience in some form of IT-related role. You have an education in IT or economics and have a basic understanding of IT systems and infrastructure. You have an all-rounder experience of IT (server, client, office, printer, network, databases) and in-depth knowledge of standard IT applications (MS Office products). We value an interest in working new technology and introducing new working methods and methods. You speak and write Swedish and English fluently.

We believe that your personal qualities are more important than the number of years of experience. We are looking for someone who is easy to work with and who likes to "roll up his sleeves" to deliver results. You are challenged by making a difference to other people where your ability to listen, collaborate and communicate is put to the test.
