We have high ambitions of delivering high quality support and release management and you will do it in close cooperation with the service delivery manager and the agile release train. This role will be key to achieve scalability of implementation, by ensuring quality in deployment and development processes.  We are in the middle of a number of agile implementations on the Salesforce platform, including Service Cloud internally and Community Cloud towards our 10K+ farmer owners and the area is growing. You will join the Salesforce team in Aarhus and will be working closely with colleagues in Denmark, Sweden, Germany, Poland, Slovakia and the UK.

About the job
As an IT Specialist in Application Services within the Salesforce area you will be responsible for support, maintenance and continuous improvement of our Salesforce platform. This involves supporting the existing solution and being responsible for the deployment process. You will be substitute for the Service Delivery Manager and it means you also will be working with SIM processes, Vendor management (contracts, licenses and invoices), Governance and operational documentation and user creation. Besides this, you will be assisting in Salesforce configuration and be part of ensuring a well-documented security setup.

In addition to the above, you will:

  • Run the release management including deployment (Gearset)
  • Obtain and utilize relevant application knowledge
  • Participate in gathering business requirements for enhancements
  • Provide consultancy in relation to enhancements and propose process improvements to current solutions.
  • Give input to solution architects on standardization
  • Participate in stakeholder meetings and be a  trusted advisor to the business

Who are you?
Our preferred candidate has experience with Salesforce and has done support in the Salesforce area as a consultant or a superuser, besides this you must have:

  • High level of business understanding
  • Experience with deployment tools (e.g. Gearset)
  • If you are Certified Salesforce Administrator it will be an advantage, but it is not a requirement
  • Global mindset and excellent English skills to work within an international organisation
